at our previous meeting we decided to have a homework project. The purpose of these assignments are to stretch your skills into areas that you may not routinly touch on, to experiment with your equipment (both camera and software), and to challenge yourself creatively to think differently.
This months we have two assignments. There are NO RIGHT or WRONG ways of doing any of these. All assignments should be shot and edited with a final run time of 1 minute or more. All formatts and cameras are acceptable. Finished assignments should be on DVD for presentation at the meeting.
You may participate in one or both assignments.
Assignment ONE
Camera Movement
make a 1 minute video focusing on camera movement. When to move. How to move. Why to move. Where to move. Should you move. Motivated move. Give some thought, shoot some footage and explore. Everyone's interpretation will be unique. This is good!
Second Assignment
motivational theme -"Driven"
Interpret the word 'driven' and create a one minute video to reflect your thought.
